Supper club on the New York subway

A concept that switches things up a little. When Yawn came across this project it grabbed our attention immediately, not because it is in any way life changing but because its proof that even the ideas that seem like they would never happen, can happen. Cooked up by the chefs behind a razor and a Shiny Knife, this moving munch included an elegant array of dishes, including foie gras and filet mignon, as well as a pyramid of chocolate panna cotta, dusted with gold leaf. Guests—who paid $100 for a reservation—were given no information apart from "the promise of a clandestine dining experience. Would have been really cool to have been involved in this. Eyes peeld for a London leg.
